You built
the life.
You deliver, everywhere,
for everyone.
And still a voice keeps saying:
more.

More for your family. More at work, done better. More time for your body, for the woman underneath the schedule, the one who gets postponed every single day.

You are tired. Properly tired, the kind eight hours of sleep does not touch. But the voice does not care. It keeps you juggling all the balls in the air, and the moment you finally set one down, it hands you another.

That chase wears a different face for everyone.

Maybe the responsibility got heavy, and you miss freedom, fun, pleasure.
Maybe you're years into a relationship, and you wonder where the fire went.
Maybe the kids arrived, and your desire quietly left with the sleep.
Maybe you've ended relationship after relationship, and you're ready to actually meet the one you keep describing.
Maybe you're simply done being run by old patterns, and ready to run your own life instead.

If you saw yourself somewhere in that list, keep reading.

What is the cost of not acting?

Not in theory. In your week.

Another year of making your agenda even fuller, because full feels like living. Another evening once the kids are finally down, phone in hand, whether it's your partner scrolling next to you or the flat just gone quiet. Something that used to be easy between you, a little further away than it was last year, and a little further again the year before that. A morning here and there where you catch your own reflection and notice you look more tired than you feel like admitting. Another month of postponing your own life until the kids are older, until the timing feels better.

None of this is who you are. It is a way of living you slid into, year by year, without ever choosing it. Your body learned to hold everything in, and holding everything in became your whole day.

Underneath it, the fire, the desire, the lightness and the love are all still there. They do not need to be built. They need to be let out. And they will not come out on their own.

Every year you wait, that door gets a little heavier.

The good news: you do not have to slow your life down. You have to arrive in it.

Picture an ordinary Tuesday that already feels like enough. Picture reaching for your partner without having to decide to first. That is not a reward waiting after the next milestone. It was there underneath the whole time, buried under the chase, not lost.

Working with us, that is what surfaces. The weight lightens, because you stop carrying it alone. The fire in your relationship returns, because you become someone who can actually be met. Desire comes back, simply because there is finally room for it.

Why does it work? Because we ran the same race.

We were not unhappy. We were successful, and we were exhausted by our own definition of it. Juggling all the balls in the air, saying yes to one more project, one more thing to give, because that is what showing up looked like. The body sends the bill eventually. For each of us, it did.

Katerina grew up in communist Czechoslovakia. She was eight when the Berlin Wall fell. At nineteen, she left, spending three years travelling through South America, immersing herself in cultures and living a life most people her age did not dare to imagine. She came back to finish her studies in economics, and from there, a high-level career inside the EU institutions in Brussels was waiting.

It was never enough, until her body forced her to stop. The search that followed took her from doctors to healers to teachers around the world, into plant medicine and initiation in the Peruvian tradition, and to one conclusion: healing does not come from outside, it comes from within.

She trained as a yoga teacher, breathwork and somatic trainer, and dedicated herself to women's work, first in her own life and then guiding other women through theirs. Every year she holds a women's retreat, her favourite week of the year, where she passes on everything this path gave her. She went through her own divorce, and found a new love for a new chapter of her life, and today raises her children with the awareness she once had to fight for.

Yasser arrived in the Netherlands from Iran at age seven, into a completely new world. At sixteen he was organising parties for six hundred people. Later he founded Crowdmedia, one of the biggest content agencies in the Netherlands, and lived through its bankruptcy. Every win asked for a bigger one. A breathwork session with Wim Hof cracked something open, and the question surfaced, years later: where does this endless hunger for more come from? Years of inner work followed, from Ayahuasca to initiation in Peru alongside Katerina. Breathwork, men's work and intimacy work are the foundation of his work today. He too went through divorce and found the love of his life. His relationship is the crown of the work he did.

Two versions of the same story. One female, one male. Both chasing more, both discovering that what they were chasing was here all along.

Plenty of coaches know the world of targets, boards and performance. Plenty of guides know the world of ceremony and depth. Very few have lived both, and fewer still have trained formally for years in psychology, bodywork and trauma-informed somatic therapy on top of it. We went to the edges most professionals only read about, and we came back able to translate that depth into ordinary life: a relationship, four children, a business, a Tuesday. Wherever you need to go, we have been further.

And today? We live in a peaceful, joyful relationship, with each other and with our kids. We do not need holidays to recover from our life. Standing in the queue at the supermarket can be joyful, or simply calm. Not the rush it used to be. Nothing feels like work when you are fully here. And it is anything but boring. It turns out there is more life in one present moment than in ten years of chasing the next one.

Two ways to work with us

Everything builds toward the Six Week Programme, because that is where lives actually change. But you decide the pace.

The First Deep Session

120 minutes, one on one, online. Exclusive price of €240 (ex VAT). Bookable once.

This is your way to experience us before committing to six weeks.

Two full hours of breathwork plus coaching on the thing you actually came for. The fire that went out. The desire that left. The divorce. The chase that never satisfies.

What it gives you: you put the real problem on the table with someone who has heard it before and will not flinch. Within the first hour you feel, physically, where you have been holding everything together, and what it is like to release it instead of managing it.

You leave with two or three practices for at home, chosen for your situation, not from a workbook. And with a clear feeling of whether this work, and we, are right for you.

The Six Week Programme

€2.800 (ex VAT), or 3 monthly payments of €980

This is where the deepest work happens. Six weeks, one on one with Katerina or Yasser, working directly with your body and your life at the same time.

What you get, and what it brings you:

  • Two hours every week, one on one, online or in person in Brussels. For two hours, nobody needs anything from you. No role to play. It is the one place in your week where you can go where you never go alone, with someone trained to take you there. If you have done years of talking therapy and can explain your childhood, your triggers, your patterns while your life stays the same, this is where it becomes different. The pattern does not sit in your understanding. It sits underneath it, in the body. That is where we work.
  • WhatsApp support through the week. he real moments do not happen in sessions. They happen Tuesday night after the argument, or Sunday when the restlessness shows up, or in the middle of a divorce your head understands while your body is somewhere else entirely. In those moments you message us, and you get a practice or a voice note back. The work continues where your life happens.
  • Weekly assignments built on your real life. Not journalling prompts. If your challenge is the silence in your relationship, where the conversation became kids, agendas and the house, your assignment happens at your own kitchen table. You practise on the actual thing.
  • Breathwork and body practices you keep for life. After six weeks you do not depend on us. You have tools that work in the car before a hard meeting, in bed at 3am, and in the moment just before you close off from your partner. Yours, permanently.

And yes, intimacy and desire are welcome topics here. Not awkward ones, not side notes. For many of our clients, they are the reason.

What is different after six weeks:

  • Pressure still comes. It no longer decides how you respond. You feel the trigger rise and you have a choice where there used to be a reflex.
  • With your partner, you can stay present in the conversation you used to escape. That alone changes a relationship.
  • Desire and playfulness return. The mother who grieved the juicy woman she used to be finds her again, because the body finally has room.
  • If you keep ending up in different relationships with the same ending, you see the pattern that kept choosing for you. That is not bad luck, and seeing it is what breaks it.
  • Decisions get faster and cleaner, because they stop running through old fear.
  • The chase softens. You still build, still create, still love the game. But from fullness, not from hunger. And a Tuesday evening at home can feel as rich as any milestone.

One comparison, because it is fair: people spend this amount on a weekend conference, take notes, and change nothing by Tuesday. This is six weeks that changes what every future decision, and every future embrace, runs on. It keeps paying after we are done.

No breathwork, no pitch. Twenty minutes to hear your situation and tell you honestly whether we can help. If we are not the right fit, we say so and point you elsewhere. We would rather lose a sale than waste your six weeks.

You have been thinking about this longer than you admit. Twenty minutes settles it either way.
