We have walked this path ourselves, in the corporate world and far beyond it.
Grejs spent nearly twenty years at the heart of the European Commission. Yasser spent twenty years in marketing and the corporate world, building a content agency of thirty people from the ground up.
We know that world from the inside. The pressure. The pace. The politics. The performance.
Alongside it, we spent a decade training as trauma-informed therapists and bodyworkers, learning to work with what pressure leaves behind in the body, not just the mind.
And yet our greatest teachers are our four children and our relationship.
The Breathwork Club is where those two worlds meet. Boardroom and body, in one room. Not more strategy. Real practice, held by people who have done both.
You do the walking. We just know the road.

I help people find the path to their heart, so they can listen clearly to the inner call to live from their inner truth. We are here to live an authentic life, to experience ourselves, to deepen our self-love, to have fun, to live in joy, in light, in ease, in beauty.
I support people to break through fear and shame. I heal human bodies with shamanic practices and breathwork.

Yasser
On paper, every box was ticked. I had co-founded and scaled a marketing agency to a team of thirty, navigating the high-velocity world of growth, clients, and constant momentum. I had the network, the reputation, and the drive. Yet inside, there was a relentless, low-grade hum. It was a restlessness I mislabelled as ambition. I thought I was being chased by the expectations of the world, only to realise I was being hunted by my own inner critic.
