What are we doing:
This work asks something of you. It is physical and mental. It is personal, at the same time with a group dynamic. And that can feel vulnerable.

We want to acknowledge that. So we take the time and space to let everyone arrive at their own pace. Some people open up quickly. Others need a bit more time. Both are welcome. Both are part of the process.

We use breathwork to regulate the nervous system and bring the body out of fight or flight. We work with embodied practices that help you notice where anxiety lives in your body and how to release it. And we create space for reflection, so your team can talk honestly about what is going on underneath the surface.

A meta-analysis published in Scientific Reports found that breathwork significantly reduces anxiety across multiple clinical trials, by directly activating the body's rest and recovery response. This is not just theory. It is physiology.

Every programme starts with an intake call. We learn about your team, your challenges, and your goals. From there, we optimise the programme specifically for your group. No two sessions are the same.
