Burnout is not a personal weakness. It is a signal that something in the system needs to change. This programme helps your team stop the cycle, physically and mentally, before it costs you your best people.

What are we doing:
This work asks something of you. It is physical and mental. It is personal, at the same time with a group dynamic. And that can feel vulnerable.

We want to acknowledge that. So we take the time and space to let everyone arrive at their own pace. Some people open up quickly. Others need a bit more time. Both are welcome. Both are part of the process.

We use breathwork to bring the body out of survival mode and back into rest. We work with somatic practices that help your team feel where exhaustion has been stored in the body. And we create space for honest reflection, because burnout thrives in silence. When a team can finally name what is happening, the recovery starts.

McKinsey's research also shows that the biggest predictor of burnout is not workload. It is toxic workplace behaviour and a lack of psychological safety. This programme addresses the human layer underneath the performance.

Every programme starts with an intake call. We learn about your team, your challenges, and your goals. From there, we optimise the programme specifically for your group. No two sessions are the same.

What it is not:
This is not a motivational talk about work life balance. We are not going to tell your team to meditate more or take more walks.

We go into the body. We work with the breath. We create the conditions for your team to actually feel what is going on, and then release it. Because burnout does not heal with more thinking. It heals with presence, honesty, and rest.
