A 10-week guided immersion based on The Presence Process by Michael Brown
This is not another program to fix yourself, heal faster, or become a better version of who you are.
It is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are, to breathe consciously, and to allow life to unfold without trying to manage it.
You will walk your own path through the book and the breathing practices, supported by a steady group field. Each participant does their own work, while being held by shared commitment, rhythm, and continuity.
As facilitators, we listen to what the group needs. This may express itself through additional sharing moments, reflections, assignments, or subtle shifts in how the space is held.
Nothing needs to be changed.
Everything needs to be met.
The Presence Process gently brings attention back to the only place where integration can happen: now.
Not in the past.
Not in the future.
Just here.
Rather than analysing the past, managing emotions away, or projecting the past into the future, this process invites you to stay present with what is already alive in your body and nervous system. Even when the mind wants to wander, plan, or escape.
Over time, as emotional residues from the past are met and integrated, you may notice that you begin to:
• Respond instead of react
• Take responsibility for your emotional experience
• Recognise unconscious patterns as they arise
• Feel more grounded and clear in daily life
• Experience deeper connection with yourself and others
This is not something you do harder.
Awareness does the work.
Presence is not something to attain.
It is something to remember.
Week by week, you will cultivate a new relationship with discomfort, with silence, and with your breath. Not to get rid of them, but to remain present with them as they arise.
The process does not promise relief.
Yet relief often follows.
Not because life changes, but because your experience of life does.
During this 10-week immersion, you will receive:
• Weekly live Zoom calls for grounding, check-ins, and reflection
• Weekly guidance and summaries of the book’s chapters
• Curated music playlists to support the breathing sessions
• Ongoing support via a dedicated WhatsApp group

The depth unfolds naturally.
This journey is for you if you:
